jersey. i want to take you outside to i-95 at cottman, northbound traffic heading toward academy at this point. the ramp from i-95 northbound to cottman has been closed. watching for that, look for construction to be an issue here. off ramp to academy road instead. vine street expressway seeing westbound traffic move. eastbound we're watching that tore reopened at 5:00 a.m. westbound is moving eastbound is closed at this point. disabled vehicle on 422 westbound past 29 on the shoulder not causing much of a delay, something to watch for as you head out. >> the search continues for a motive in the mass shooting in san bernadino, california. it's not clear was it terrorism, workplace rage, both something else, a lot of questions this morning. annie mccormick is in the satellite center with the details. >> reporter: the medical examiner in california has identified all 14 of the bodies

discovered in the mass shooting. now it's up to investigators to figure out what the motive was. this southern california community mourns the death of 14 people by coming together in a show of solidarity during a candle light vigil last night. this as investigators try to understand what the shooters motives were and if it is part of a bigger threat. >> we have several down in the conference room. >> reporter: the two gunman syed farook and tashfeen malik were armed with guns and explosives and thousands of rounds of amunition when they targeted farook's work wednesday. fbi found a bomb factor in the couple's home. family members of the victims do want answers, but want the focus to be on their loved ones and the peaceful lives they lived before their violent deaths.

jennifer falistino who had thiso say about her husband nicholas who was a new jersey native. >> i got an extra hug and kiss before he left. >> reporter: the fbi is trying to figure out if this was a terror attack and if there were other accomplices involved. annie mccormick channel 6 "action news." "action news" has learned the first shooting victim to be identified had ties to our area. 52-year-old nicholas salistino worked for cape may and grew up in new jersey and had a passion for helping others. >> i will miss him, i always will, he was a good person. >> nick was a wonderful man who had a passion for insuring that

people were safe. he was a health inspector on the haz/mat team in cape may county. his family has set up a go fund me page to cover his funeral costs. our coverage is at with profiles of the victims including indepth reporting on the man with ties to our area. brian taff will be reporting from san bernadino throughout the day. else the only tv reporter on the scene. you can follow his reports on social media and "action news." >> it is 5:05. massive flames erupted from a home in camden county. this is video from an "action news" viewer of a house fire on south reid street in runnymede. the fast-moving fire spread quickly. a barking dog woke the man up. man and beast got out safely.

no word on what sparked the fire. a man could be charged soon as today for calling in a bomb threat to philadelphia international. chopper 6 flew over phl as emergency vehicles responded to the bomb threat. it was a hoax. philadelphia police arrested a 30-year-old man from norway within a couple of hours, he called 911 claiming he had a bomb and didn't want any british are airways plane from flying out of philadelphia. a search was conducted and no device was found. police arrested a 16-year-old student after he allegedly threatened to shoot up olney high school. this stemmed from a fight the teen had on wednesday. by wednesday night threats were posted across social media warning students not to come to school. police say one student received a text message with the suspect holding a gun. they found a replica pellet gun.

clearing, the numbers are dropping, the exception would be cape may, because you're next to the relatively mild ocean water. as we look at satellite there's cloud cover, it is breaking up by wilmington, a little bit, most of this will have a tendency to evaporate and recede as we get past sunrise. in the lehigh valley, not as windy as yesterday, high of 50 degrees, chilly enough for a jacket, certainly, but with the winds dieing down we'll have more comfortable conditions. at the shore, not as windy, 54 degrees is the high. a couple of degrees better than yesterday. philadelphia, about the same, 52 degrees is the high. there are the winds, remember yesterday on the same line i was posting wind gusts of 35 miles per hour. today a sustained wind of 6 to 12. here's how the numbers go, chilly by 8:00 a.m., 40 degrees, some of you might have lingering clouds, a lot of region looking at sunshine at that point.
